Two sisters must follow a strict, painful ritual of self-abuse, in order to keep the monster trapped in the attic. However, when the younger sister falls in love, her ensuing rebellion plunges their household into terrifying danger and disorder. The monster makes its way out of the mirrors and torments the women inside into horrific acts of self-mutilation.

I Am Always With You is a coming-of-age horror about body dysmorphia, and the pressures women put on themselves to look a certain way.
